here's a joke to try to lighten things up
Two Republicans walk into a bar right after losing the US House and Senate in the 2006 elections. One of them grunts, "I guess the people are getting tired of all the corruption and mis-management in Government"
"Yeah" the other sneers, "If they only knew the Democrat Party is worse than us, they would never have got so many votes."
The first man laments, "Too bad we cant fix the vote in all the states, the way things are going, the only way we could keep the White House in 2008 is if we were running against an afro-american." The men begin to chuckle.
"Or a woman!" shrills another patron, they all laugh. A stately gentleman at the end of the bar quips, "I think you might be on to something." he speed dials his cell phone and speaks into it, "Tell the boys to donate as much as they can to Hillary's campaign, I think she'll be an outstanding president!" he reels, "She did vote for the war, didn't she?"
