POSTED BY: TheInDecider

After you're done writing off your last pointed tip bolo knife purchase (whoever said being a Laotian hitman would come back to bite you at tax time?) be sure to catch Michelle Obama's tax night (April 15) appearance on The Colbert Report -- part of "The Colbert Report: Doritos Spicy Sweet Pennsylvania Primary Coverage From Chili-Delphia - The City of Brotherly Crunch!"

We'll have the video available the next morning, so if you miss it, be sure to check back here.

  1. Speaking on the subject of respect, I seem to remember a comment that went something like this: "This is the first time I have been proud of This country". If this woman has no respect for America, don't ask the American citizens to respect her. Anyone who refers to her husband, who is running for the highest office in the land, as an accessory on the national scene doesn't even have respect for him. This woman has more problems than us gun-toting, bigoted, hate everyone unlike us, uneducated, hicktown Pennsylvanians...

  2. oh and by the way, Stephen, would you mind endorsing me for National Delegate from Utah to go to the National Convention? I would even make sure you didn't break another joint if you endorse me and I see you in Denver.

  3. I was fortunate to see and hear Michelle Obama speak to a crowd of 2,000 here in Salt Lake City. Yup! Happy Valley!
She is beautiful and erudite and charming. What a classy lady.

  4. It makes me sick to think that this hater may be living in the White House. We'll hit rock bottom with this one.

  5. I can't believe this.....but Michelle Obama reminds me of Hillary Clinton when Bill ran. Both are well educated.....outspoken.....and don't take any B.S.

Michelle is a bit negative about things.....but they have had different lives....I think. Anyone else see this?

  6. Better watch out, Steven! She's smarter than you!

I can't wait to have her living in the White House!

  7. Rick from NJ,

Put the banjo down and look up "SENCE" in the dictionary. It's "sense." You will find "sense" under "S" in the dictionary. A dictionary is a book about words and their meanings.

Good job, however, on spelling KKK correctly.

Also, enough with the reposting of the same post. It's getting pathetic.

  8. Thank you for having Michelle Obama on your show. I hope you will let her speak, though. She has a terrific sense of humor--which is more of the witty, intelligent kind, rather than of the "Xerox this" kind of pre-packaged and regurgitated kind--so please let her get her voice in. I understand that your Bill O'Reilly persona will make this improbable, but you are freaking awesomely smart, so you can make it happen.

Did I mention how AWESOME it is that you will have her on your show? YAY!!!!

  9. I'm so happy Michelle is going to be on the show! I was hoping Barack would go on, but Michelle is just as good. I can't wait till she's First Lady!

  10. A lot of bitterness on a blog about someone appearing on The Colbert Report. I look forward to seeing Michelle Obama on the show. Hopefully, (although it's never a guarantee... haha) she gets to get a few words in edgewise! Aren't we lucky to live in a country where we have freedom of choice (well, that liberty hasn't been taken away at last check) and where we can voice our disagreements but still respect each other? Let's model for our children the kind of adults we'd like them to be someday and show each other some respect, shall we?
