Lest you think that the ghosts of the current administration aren't going away anytime soon, Jon Stewart provides some food for thought regarding our government and its clandestine policies.

So why exactly was the President absent from his own torture committee? This sounds like a job for Encyclopedia Brown, but he's a fictional character from a series of children's books, so we'll leave the question to you. Please tell us. America has an extradition agreement with Washington, D.C., so Bush prefers to save discussion of his torture wet dreams for visits to his strategic partners like China.
