Barack Obama on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart - How Did He Do?
Barack Obama's last television appearance on the night before the Pennsylvania primary was on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. After a few rough weeks on the campaign trail including a vicious debate on ABC, will his appearance on The Daily Show be enough to push him over the edge in Pennsylvania?
Various polls say various things, running up to the primary, so the question is, will his appearance give him the advantage? Was it enough that he put to rest the rumors regarding his white slave trade plans?
How do you think he did?
Also, yes, Primanti Brothers appears to still be open.

Thanks for giving me a reason to go to bed earlier. (or at least do something else). Can't believe you devoted your entire show to barack. WHOA! Without oprah he would be nowhere, gee thanks oprah. Our entire family will be voting for Clinton tomorrow. I do not wish the Presidency on anyone at this point in America, but there is no choice other than Clinton..............
I noticed the necktie thing, too. Who called whom first? Did Jon's people call up Barack's people? Or vice versa? At least their shirts were different colours!
Jon, I'm such big fan of yours, but after watching your interviews with John McCain, Hillary Clinton and numerous other political leaders, I was really disappointed to see that you didn't ask Obama any issue-related questions. I've seen you keep your sense of humor and charm while still holding your subjects accountable and this just felt like a 15-minute pre-election ad for Obama. As a loyal member of your audience I am disappointed that you are continuing to express such a clear bias in favor of Senator Obama (I suppose it's no secret) - especially when you, like Oprah Winfrey, have so many Clinton supporters watching and you know we feel just as passionate and hopeful about our preferred candidate. Wish she had gotten such a plum spot on your show before the Iowa caucus...
I was glad that Jon recommended Primanti Bros. I hope Obama tries it out!
Jon, dont worry about the Primanti's plug. there are plenty around. They're as Pittsburgh as the Steelers, the Penguins, and the popular phrase "Yinz guys are jaggoffs!"
Obama is great...I'm from Pittsburgh and will keep this appearance in mind when I go to the polls tomorrow...and yes... Primanti Bro's is still here and will be for a very long time...us Pittsburghers can't live without those sandwiches
Enjoyable.. Barack is very personable. In interviews like this, I don't think that he can do wrong.
Jon, you know I didn't buy the Obama finger thing either, then I did a search on YouTube of Obama Finger Clinton and found multiple videos of Obama giving the same speech in front of obviously different audiences and saw him do the "finger" thing in the same place while mentioning Senator Clinton.-- "Things that make you go, hmmm."
Obama looked tired and beaten and his middle finger nose scratch is getting as tired as he is.
Jon and Obama have the same neck ties
