Hillary Clinton's Horse (R.I.P.) Loses the Race

On Saturday, the Kentucky Derby -- which is essentially the Kentucky Derby of horse races -- was held in, I think, Tennessee, and Hillary Clinton put her money on Eight Belles, the one female horse, running against a bunch of male chauvinist horses to win...
"I hope that everybody will go to the derby on Saturday and place just a little money on the filly for me," Sen. Clinton told supporters in Jeffersonville, Ind., ABC News reports. "I won't be able to be there this year - my daughter is going to be there and so she has strict instructions to bet on Eight Belles."
Isn't that cute?
Unfortunately, Eight Belles came in second place to (I'm not making this up) a horse named Big Brown, suffered a fatal injury and had to be euthanized immediately following the race.
That's less cute.

She broke two ankles. Were they named "Indiana" and "North Carolina"?
This sounds like a plan, people. Lets make this happen.
Hillary's horse places second and later has to be euthanized...I believe that is an omen about her campaign. Read the signs! They don't lie, Hillary!
Man, that is a freaky story though. Too bad about Eight Belles.
Did Clinton ask PETA to act on her behalf to throw the jockey under the bus?
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – "People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is seeking the suspension of Eight Belles' jockey, The Associated Press reported. The group faxed a letter to Kentucky's racing authority claiming the filly was “doubtlessly injured before the finish” and asked that Saez be suspended while Eight Belles' death is investigated. If Saez is found at fault, the group wants the second-place prize of $400,000 to be revoked."
"place a little money on the filly for me".....Eight Belles came in second, tripped over her own feet, and they had to metaphoriacally shot her. Is that prophetic enough, or just wishfull thinking ??
Obama bet on Big Brown to show. Obama wins again.
Some may see this as prophetic, so let's thank God that Hillary has thicker ankles!
