John McCain on The Daily Show This Wednesday
This just in!
John McCain will make his thirteenth -- thirteenth! -- appearance on The Daily Show this Wednesday, May 7. That's more Daily Show appearances than any other guest in the history of ever!
What is the deal with John McCain and Jon Stewart. Why don't they just get married and have a politically confused baby already? Huh?
Obviously, we'll have clips from the show up here first thing Thursday morning. Until then, here's a clip of McCain from his last appearance back in August...
What do you think Jon should ask the man who just might become the oldest white Christian man ever elected president?

As much as I usually love all sides of his show, Jon's part of the media and the media is McCain's base, as Chris Matthews' Tourettes allowed him to admit.
Jon's arrows only work in hindsight. Feith and PNAC is confirmed by polls to be fair game. But McCain regurgitating those views for the future has gotten a pass for the VAST majority of his 13 appearances.
The first thing I always want to ask any republican is this:
What do you think is the motivation of the people who attacked us and how do you think it best to change or improve their perception of America?
This question, which the neo-cons have gotten wrong on every count, gets to the core of the issues we face with the middle east and will serve to show the distance between what McCain really thinks and some of the zealots he has to be cozy with for the sake of electability. As a bonus, it's not a real sound-biteable answer if answered thoughfully so he may feel safe being candid if he realizes this. Bush, of course, answers this question with utter laughable nonsense such as "hating freedom" and "well, they're just plain evil." So...let's hear it, Stewart.
He could always say that he was a victim of circumstance. You tend to get labeled depending on the crowd you hang out with and sometimes that can be beyond your control. If you want to see him do things differently I would suggest a different approach. Otherwise we are just left with reading between the lines and that may not work out the way you wanted it to.
I know that this is a general question, but I think it would be very interesting to hear McCain's response. I would like to hear his answer to - "Given the legacy of the current administration; the great decline of the economy and currency, the war in Iraq and poor/deteriorating foreign relations, the handling of Katrina, etc., how do you (John McCain) plan on effectively distancing yourself from the administration to attract the moderate votes that you need and balancing that relationship with the conservatives that support Bush?" Of course a big component of this response would be [establishing] sincerity, giving a reply in earnest instead of outright lying to get votes and being able to support it or explain the difference between his future plans and past actions.
This blog is prove that abstinence works. Can't you tell how sexually frustrated most of the Bloggers are on here? If they were actually getting laid nothing would get done.
Ask the flip flopper if his flip flops are caused by his frequent "senior moments". Or do the flip flops come from the corporate lobbyists running his campaign?
Additionally, ask wether flip flopping like a gasping fish makes him horny, or doesn't he get horny anymore? That'll strain his handlers' ear whispering coclear implant skills to the max!
i would ask him about his stance on birth control and sex education - i would want him to actually defend his anti choice stance and whether he really think abstinence only works.
Oh Crap! McCain is going Green to distract everyone. A Recession? Doh! I just happened to notice that I was getting a little hot under the collar. Must be that darn Global Warming.
As McCain increasingly uses global warming to differentiate himself from Bush, it seems to go unnoticed that he is the only member of Congress to skip every single crucial environmental vote. His actions are definitely not in keeping with his declared policies. I'd love to see this discussed, as it appears McCain is getting away with his environmentalist facade.
Now that California has made same-sex marriage legal, do you think a "Federal intervention" is in order? Do you think same-sex marriage is a civil rights issue? How do you feel about interracial marriage?
