Karl Rove is still worshipped for his ability to achieve political goals, often using "innovative," or "sleazy," tactics. Politicians of all stripes often look to a higher power and ask, What Would Karl Rove Do?

Arianna Huffington insists that John McCain admitted he did not vote for George W. Bush at a Beverly Hills party in late 2000. McCain denies the claim. If he were running the McCain campaign, WWKRD?

  • Fund a Swift-Boat Bloggers for Truth commercial: "Arianna Huffington used to be a Republican. Arianna Huffington switched to the Democrats. Arianna Huffington is a flip-flopper."

  • Leak information: Tell a Time reporter that the 2000 McCain was senile and unstable and not in control of his facilities… but he's better now.

  • Press Red State buttons in another ad campaign: "Arianna Huffington is a foreigner, from another land. Just like Bin Laden."

  • Blame old-reliable: "The liberal media doesn't want you to know that… wait, this time it really is liberal media -- it's Huffington Post! Told you so! Ha!"

  • Run a push poll: "Would you support McCain if you knew that his secret black baby was actually the gay spawn of Arianna Huffington and Reverend Jeremiah Wright?"
