Barack Obama Gets All Up in Ralph Nader's Junk
Barack Obama today responded to Ralph Nader's accusation that he was all trying to talk white and shit...
"First of all, what's clear is Ralph Nader hasn't been paying attention to my speeches," Obama said. "Ralph Nader is trying to get attention... It's a shame, because if you look at his legacy in terms of consumer protection, it's an extraordinary one. But at this point, he's somebody who's trying to get attention."
Aw, snap! (Or whatever it's cool to say after a thing like that these days. I have no idea; I'm too white.)
Obama then went on to discuss Bill Clinton's oh so very enthusiastic obligatory endorsement from earlier this week...
Obama said it was "understandable" that the former president didn't "want to upstage" the unity events planned for this week with Hillary Rodham Clinton. He said he "absolutely" wants Bill Clinton to campaign on his behalf. "I want his help not just in campaigning but in governing," Obama said.
Of course Obama wants President Clinton's help. From what I hear, he'd make a fantastic wing man.

Yeah, Obama doesn't have to try to get attention because the media gave him all kinds of it for free.
Ralph is trying to get attention focused on issues that Barry-O (and John McC) is walking away from. Ralph is a legitimate alternative to the offerings of the two parties.
And don't bring up 2000; if Al Gore couldn't carry TN and AR, it's not Nader's fault.
