Jon Stewart Compares Barack Obama to Osama bin Laden

The media just can't seem to stop confusing Obama and Osama, so Jon points out a couple of ways to tell them apart.

Now we know the one wearing the beard and the bra is Osama. Can you spot any more differences?

    Wow, just goes to show, maybe us less educated types need to start a "Barry n' Joe" slogan...to help us cope with our ignorance. Poor guy, imagine having to grow up in this country, with that name. God help us all if we don't end up with a President Obama. I truly believe, he will go down in history, as one of the great statesmen, of our time. If only we can get get past this name kismet thing....my apologies, to Obama and his family.

  3. That was too funny. Can't believe I actually laughed out loud, but I actually did. LOL. Obama's also got something that Bin Laden doesn't have - that's pure Kansas decency.

    It's going to take an Obama, to smoke Obama out of his cave. It's name kismet. If ever there was a sign, of God, it's that a Category 5 Hurricane would strike during the Oil and Gas Hoedown.

    Cheney can hide from the EPA, but Mother Nature is out to kick some serious ass. It's just too perfect. You can't write stuff like this. It's once in a lifetime, that the stars align in just this way - we get this name kismet with Obama, being the only mo' fo' with the balls to say that it's the Afghanistan war we need troops in, not Iraq.

    I wish he'd stand up to Big Oil, but I realize he's not the biggest player, either. That would go to McGrabAss.

    What an insult to Hillary, and all the other highly qualified Republicans, who could have gotten that job, yet they give it to a shill for the Oil and Gas industry. How tawdry. Reeks of pollster politics and focus group direct marketing. It's like the old joke about record execs - they'll look at you and say "is the food I'm eating good?" Like you know what the hell they like? Get a grip.

    I watched the AARP focus group, obviously being run by a McCain supporter, and at one point, he says something to the effect of - "what should we be saying?" Or something like that, AS IF, what they say to us has anything to do with whatever secret energy agenda they're already planning, and they just need to get this guy and this driller drone bible thumper chick elected, so they can continue on, with their plot to raid the American Eagle's Nest, gut the endangered species act, enter a new cold war with Russia over the oil in the Caspian Sea, gut everything the women's movement ever worked for, and sully the very idea of suffrage. What a slap in the face to Hillary, that they would use her in this election, like so much political fodder, considering how these are the very same people who treated her like dirt when she was First Lady, and smeared McCain as "crazy" "hotheaded" and let's not the forget the "black baby" whisper campaign.

    Here they are again. McCain has sold out to them lock stock and barrel. He has switched back from any maverick view he had from drilling to torture. He's been consistent on one thing, at least - his treatment of women. Not good. Too sad to even go into that right now.

    They want to change our courts, our schools, obliterate the separation of church and state, and shove their false morality down all our throats. That ain't liberty. That ain't justice. That ain't reform.

    How is that putting "Country First?"

    Palin supports drilling in ANWR, where even the drillers say, will take 20 years of welfare for the Oil and Gas industry. They might squeeze a year's worth of oil, out from under the American Eagle's nest. They're trying to gut the endangered species act, and Palin actually sued the govt., to keep Polar Bears off the endangered list. Some patriots. Wasn't it Eisenhower himself, who set aside that land? So our American Eagle would have a place to nest. They are greedy, and lying, about energy independence.

    They'd love oil to go up to 8 bucks a gallon. Mark my word. My family has oil, too, and I know this one, folks. They don't want to up fuel efficiency, and they think the Saudis are our friends. Cheney's Halliburton just moved their headquarters to Dubai. How's them apples for the Grand Oil Party putting "Country First." (and psst...don't get a bunch of bikers changing the spelling around and talkin' about Palin's sex scandal pix...lol)

    Um, no honey. McCain, you can't hide behind a girl. First you got your wife supportin' ya, and now you got your lil' missus to do all the talking for you, so you don't have to remember the details. Obama and Biden are gonna mop the floor with you, on national security, energy, and the economy. Sorry. It's just not enough to be only a war hero, in today's world. You gotta be more. Kerry is a War Hero. Max Cleland is a War Hero. Look what they did to them, just like they bloodied you. You need to be a statesman, and you need intelligence to win this war with Bin Laden. Bring back Richard Clarke. Bring back the ideals of John O'Neill, who died at the World Trade Center on 9/11, after having left Bush's FBI in disgust because he was a terror expert, and knew Bin Laden was determined to strike. Um, hello - the memo was circulated, to Bush, Cheney, Condi, et. al. 9/11 happened on Bush's Watch.

    Let's not forget, that Clinton's FBI and CIA foiled Al Quada's Y2K plot on Times Square.

    Its going to take intelligence to win the war on terror, on the central front on the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan. We need a President who knows how to Google Pakistan. You really want triggerhappy McCain and his Sex Scandal sidekick dealing with Pakistan? Please. It's an insult to every American who died on 9/11. And Hillary.

    Thanks, but no thanks. I'll take cool hand luke Obama and fightin' Irish Joe Biden in that foxhole, any day. Look what they did to Benazhir Bhutto. And she didn't even have scandalous sex pix.

    Somewhere, Barry Goldwater is shedding a tear, just like Iron Eyes Cody.

    For what happened to the Republican's core values, of fiscal responsibility, and social libertarianism. Ike himself warned about the military industrial complex. Now here we are. Shut out of Cheney's secret energy deals, strange goings on with Karl Rove visiting Georgia, just months before this election, so McCain could have his election campaign?

    Are they putting country first, by stirring the pot with Russia, a country we finally became allies with, and now they wanna start a new cold war, because that's all they know? Gimme a break. Reform. Yeah, and gas prices aren't fixed by a monopoly.

  8. Education and knowledge allows some people to discern the truth without relying on main stream media.
    If you believe that ALL in America believe exactly what the TV messages say, either from shows or news, or the candidates themselves, then you are even more naive than the people and media you accuse of being so.
    Enlightenment comes only when you've applied your knowledge. First, you must acquire knowledge...I suggest you post when you have done so.
