Sarah Palin Now Leads Barack Obama by 10 Points
In a USA Today/Gallup Poll released today (tomorrow's print edition), John McCain and Sarah Palin now lead Barack Obama and that other guy by 10 points.
In the new poll, taken Friday through Sunday, McCain leads Obama by 54%-44% among those seen as most likely to vote. The survey of 1,022 adults, including 959 registered voters, has a margin of error of +/— 3 points for both samples.
I'm really happy to see this poll. Not so much because it puts McCain in the lead, but because it points out the true value of the Gallup organization.
You see, Gallup also does a "daily tracking poll," and here are the results of that one.
So this means either:
- Something crazy happened on Sunday to swing 6% of America (it didn't).
- Gallup saves it's best polling practices for real newspapers.*
- Gallup doesn't know what the @#$@ it's doing.

McCain should have chosen Oprah, she has about as much right to be president as anyone, plus she has WAY more executive experience than any of them.. not to mention she has the name recognition thing down pat. People in Borneo know who Oprah is!!!
It's really pathetic what a bunch of sheep the Republicans are on the Palin selection. What kind of judgment (i.e., lack of) does it take for a dottering 72-year old to select a 44-year old, 20-month governor of a state with no one in it, who has all the leadership experience of a house cat and is "Ready to be President?" Uh, yeah, right -- that's f&*$ing scary to anyone who appreciates the vapidness of anyone who would say to the American people that the most important quality is that you "cannot blink." Didn't you Reps do the Quayle thing already? Didn't get that out of your system? Can't control the Maverick? I just wish that you would all put on a military uniform -- like I wear -- and put your a$$ where your mouth is. These two will have us fighting the Russians over Georgia, invading Iran, and giving Israel a green light to nuke Damascus. It won't matter that Sarah Barracuda doesn't knw wtf the Bush Doctrine is. It is still going to get very bright and very hot in a place very near you.

what we see now is that corporate owned media is presenting misleading and twisted news coverage. the media spin positive for their owners(republican party) 72-75% negative against democrats. this is the same way they hide the real george bush. here is the truth(facts). john mccain is part of the same geoge bush mind set that places this country in a very bad position, internationally and domestically. the news media helps to foster lies against obama and give mccain and palin a pass. mccain said a couple of months ago that troops in iraq were losing their lives for nothing, why have we not heard this on the news? mccain said the lip stick comment about hillary cliton and said that he knew why her daugther was so ugly, why not on the news? mccain said he lied about his age doing his adulterous affairs, he then dumped his wife who waited on him five years while he was in prison, this is the actions of an honorable and honest man? he said in his book that he capitulated, giving the vietnam captors information that endangered the mission(bomb the power plant) but you say he is a war hero. i know for a fact that he claims a ribbon that i was awarded for a particular fire fight, he was not involved. this was another war story embellishment that the republican owned media allows mccain to tell. remember you people in the media sold to the mentally occluded, a significant number of americans ,on the war in iraq that have murdered and displaced thousands of innocent men, women and children,what is winning about this? i don't think a christian nation would have agreed with this imperialist policy. when i say christian, i'am talking about the bilbles definition not the new media nor the false religious leaders of this country.
I think it is sad that we are already accepting Sarah Palin as any sort of good candidate! She has almost no political background... other than being a mayor of a city of only 7,000 people! It ridiculous and ludicrous! And while she was in office in Wasilla she was investigated for mishandling of power for trying to fire multiple department heads for not fully supporting the Mayor! She also tried to censor the town library, from great American classic authors including, but not limited to: Judy Blume, Maya Angelou, Harper Lee, J.D. Salinger and Mark Twain. How can we allow someone who is corrupt enough to try to fire the police chief and librarian because of a difference of opinions? And as far as opinions go, Mrs. Palin doesn’t even have one on the War! She has been quoted to saying that she hasn’t really been following it! Let alone that just two weeks ago she said herself that before she could answer about becoming VP she would have to be told “What the VP really does every day.” I’m sorry but seriously what a dumb broad!! I also feel that her family is being used as a sad little ploy. Her poor son with Down syndrome and her underage knocked up and unmarried daughter (Palin doesn’t even believe in abortion in cases of rape and incest!) are used for empathy by the McCain camp but when questions are asked about them it’s “Just Too Personal”! Well I’m sorry but if you didn’t want your family in the media then why did you bring them up!?! Maybe if she believed in sex education in our school systems then just possibly her daughter would still be able to be a kid and not another Baby Mama! Oh and who was the largest contributor to Palin’s very publicized Republican VP acceptance speech to the party, non other then BP, the gas company that her husband works for and she’ll be giving tax breaks to…. Not us, the American people, who could really use a little help with filling our tanks!!!! Just some food for thought! Enjoy

Remember the Boston Tea Party???? We pay way too much in taxes that go to wasted spending. Obama and Biden clearly want to raise your taxes. He has said time and time again. Even Hilary Clinton disagrees with him and said he has no experience and that McCain has more experience then Obama. She gets it.
