POSTED BY: TheInDecider

Scholar Stephen Greenblatt helps Stephen match the presidential candidate to the character they have the most in common with.

Can you think of more Shakespeare characters who share some traits with the candidates?

  1. Shakespeare DID write "Troilus and Cressida". Probably the next play he wrote after "Twelfth Night".

  9. Tell me Biden, Mr. Foreign Policy himself, didn't know about THIS when he urged the Senate and the Congress to push through a measure to grant the executive branch explicit powers to declare war without even consulting Congress.

It's an ridiculous link address so do it this way:

Google "The Project for the New American Century"

Search within Google results: Type in Judith A. Hess

    And get back to me.

  10. McCain is Brutus from Julius Caesar. Should have been the emperor, and sells out everything he is (goodbye, Straight Talk) to become so. But in the end, he is undone by a smooth talking orator (Obama/Antony) who eulogizes over the body of their betrayed nation.
