Michelle Obama IS NOT going on Obama's trips to Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, and Europe. Nor would she have a policy role in the Obama administration; she would be raising their daughters.

But SHE WILL have a primetime speaking role at the Democratic National Convention.

According to unnnamed sources, she will be discussing her favorite recipe for pound cake.

John McCain Disagrees With John McCain Once Again

John McCain on the GI Bill that expands educational compensation for U.S. soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan...

Thank God we have senators John McCain around to talk up when the Senate actually does something nice for our soldiers and veterans.

Not like that one Arizona senator who opposed that very GI Bill when it was being debated earlier this year.

The Daily Show: Still President Bush Admits He May Not Have Been That Clear on the Iraq War

Wow. It's easy to forget, but George Walker Bush still has seven months left in office. While Barack Obama and John McCain hog the front pages, President Bush heads to Europe to clear up a couple of misconceptions. One, he loves asparagus. Two, he doesn't regret going to war but he admits he could have explained it a little better.

There you have it. President Bush does not like war. He just likes blowing things up! So is Iran next?
