I tried reading it, but now I'm 67-years-old and my eye sight is failing me.

Rule #1 on cartoon writing: Only one speech balloon per character per frame. Note to cartoonist: if someone is seeking a position of power and before taking that position they get to have a vote on a bill that will gives that position more power, chances are they are going to vote to give the position more power.
